Peachy Keen Stamps:: Let's Face it Friday

I am so excited to have a new
to take part in, with the new design team
Let's Face It Friday-week 1
here's my entry..

The rules were very easy to follow they required you to create a
Halloween Treat container...
and of course use a Peachy Keen Face Stamp...

Here how I put this adorable spooky ghost treat container together

Cindy Loo Cricut Cart
I used a 12x12 double sided Halloween Paper Stock
This paper had cute ghost inside to help rounded off
this adorable treat container...

You get 2 treat containers out of one sheet of paper
if you use the FIT TO Page feature...

Cricut Mini Monsters Cartridge
Ghost was cut @ 2.5"
I inked around the little ghost with Tsukneko Brilliance Ink in Purple
and then stitch around with white Gel Pen.
Rivets placed on all corners in several colors
SPOOKY raised embossed charm sticker
Orange Ribbon bow to finish it off...

and of course Peachy Keen PK-690
Make a Monster Face Assortment to get it ...

I really enjoyed working on treat container for the Peachy Keen Challenge
and look forward to the Let's Face it Friday..

Pink by Design Team Buzz Lightyear and Post~it Craft Papers

The Pink by Design team where asked by 3~M to use some
of their Post~it Craft Papers and to see how we like the
way it works on our cricut and for our projects.

The paper was a dream to work with and comes in alot of awesome colors.
The paper has a white core middle which you can distress, emboss and pretty much do anything with it...
The paper has Adhesive backing that just peels off your cricut mat like a dream with no left behind little pieces of paper you have to scrap off...

The paper has an adhesive backing and is REPOSITIONABLE and since my project had a ton of little parts to create BUZZ Lightyear
and I was glad it did...

My space page was done with DCWV All About Boys Stack.
I used the space pages for my layout so that
Buzz would feel at home on the page.
I used Sarah new Pink by Design stamps they have so many cut saying
for just about any of the boys in your life.

I just love the BLASTOFF! how it fits under the spaceship just perfectly
and along with Outta this world.
Reach for the Stars is the perfect touch  to finish off this adorable layout...

Product Used For Layout Pages

LOVE this Reponse From Winner of Fall Blog Hop

I just had to post the winner of my PINK ATG gun response...

WOW, WOW, WOW, Theresa!!! Thank you so much, Your Majesty! I am so very, very, VERY excited. This is my first win on bloghops EVER and I can't believe it because I really wanted a Pink ATG gun! How can this be!!!? YAY!!

You know, it's funny because I have a regular ol' ATG gun and I was just thinking over the weekend that it must be defective because I have so much trouble loading it. I am down to my last 3 rolls of refill tapes and I was JUST deciding whether to replace it and get more tapes, or to figure out another solution. This last load of a refill is working fairly well now, so maybe 99% of the fault is with the operator.

In any case, VOILA!! Decision made! You are a gem, and thank you!
Fondly,

From your loyal fan and Royal Court monkey,

Ellen

Fall Blog Hop!

Happy Saturday Everyone!
Today is going to be so much fun with lots of inspiration from our amazing talented women. The theme of our blog hop is FALL so if you came over from Ruthie blog you going in the right direction or you can also start from the beginning right by clicking  HERE!

Fall reminds me of Halloween and adorable kids in cute costume
trick or treating and having so much fun...
So I decided to show you how to make a trick or treat bag for
your little ghost or goblins using your cricut...

First your supplies needed for this project are as follows
I purchased all at Jo Ann's except the painter tape got it at Lowes

Heat and Bond
Tulip Fabric Paint
Fabric (100% cotton works best)
Canvas Bag
Painter Tape (blue)

(Best to use a new mat for this project helps the fabric stay down for cutting.)

You will need to bond your fabric with the Heat and Bond material following the directions on the package. Once your fabric is bond together you can place it Heat and Bond side up on your cricut mat (see sample image below).

Tape around the bonded fabric with painter tape this just give you that extra hold needed to keep your fabric in place for cutting...

Now simple choice your design and cut it out on your cricut machine. I picked the cute bat from Cricut Cartridge Hello Kitty and cut it out at 8" it fit onto a whole 12" by 12" piece of fabric easily.
You can test out your cut on a scrap piece of card stock first to
make sure it fit on your bag.

I then iron the bat down on a canvas bag, again following the instructions that come with the Heat and Bond material.  Once the "bat" was bonded to my bag I painted around it with a fine line of Tulip Fabric Paint
 bright orange it even
glows in the dark
for extra safe Trick or Treating...
I added button eyes and my grandson name "JASON" to personalized just for my little goblin...

Really a cute Batty Bag don't ya think!
I just love the candy corn fabric.. so yummy I want to eat it up...

Hope you are enjoying the Fall Blog Hop so far because now it's time to giveaway some Blog Candy.  I wanted something really special to give to all my royal follower and to all the new followers that join today... so I am giving away a PINK ATG GUN... this is how you can  be enter to win...

The Pink by Design "Love you CHERRY much"

Hello to all my Royal Followers ~

I am having an awesome time being on the Pink by Design team over at Sarah Pink Cricut… all the women are amazing and talent ladies.

This weeks design was so fun to create and I so glad to share it with all of you.

I started with a disposable 16 oz Dixie Cup for holding HOT coffees, tea and hot coco..

It was a bit tricky as you have to cut a pattern. I had to cut one of the cups to get this… I then cut it out of a cardboard or even a cereal box works so I have it for future use.

Once you cut a pattern make sure you leave an extra ¼ to ½ inch so that you tape your cup wrap together.
I used my ATG gun it works really well and hold quite nicely.

You can then cut your cup wrapper out of any card stock printed paper you have… I found if you use a heavier card stock it works best.

Make sure you design your cup layout flat and keep most of your design at the 4 " or under size this seem to help once you tape it to your cup. Also helps to use your sticker maker or strong holding  glue for getting a good overall hold. I used a book to allow this to set overnight.

I cut the Skull Cherries from Cricut Rock Princess Cart @ 4” using Raspberry Pink, Mint Green and shadow in black to make this pop.
I used Bright Green card stock for the boarder and punched it out with a Martha Stewart Boarder Punch.

The treat holder was done by taking a Raspberry Pink card stock at 8" ½ by 11" and cutting it in half. This gives you 2 treat bags out of one sheet of paper.

Scoring this at 4" ½ and 6" ½ to allow your treat bag to fold nicely. Candy Bags where purchase at Michaels and you have to get the larger bags and cut them down to 4” this allows them to be taped down with your ATG gun quite nicely.
I used my old fashion circle cutter to cut out the front to show the gift bag of tea inside.  You can also use a Circle Punch if you have one nice size.
The same Cherry Design was cut at 2” and I then used rivets to hold it all together. I tied it all together with white soft ribbon.  ( I scrap~lifted this design from Made by Momo  full instructions can be found on her site.)
I used same pattern paper cut
at 4” by 4” for the striped layout base. Using the same boarder punch to add a nice touch to bottom and stamped it using Sarah Pink By Design Stamps Country Living Stamp Collection “Love you CHERRY much”

The card was cut at 11” by 4 ¼ folded in half and used my same layout pattern paper for base of my card and cut my Cherries at 4” and raising it with mounting tape to make it stand out. I punch the boarder by double cutting it and tied it all together with Love you CHERRY much… I just adore these stamps by Sarah Pink Cricut…

I Hope you enjoy this as much as I did designing them, and Love you Cherry much...
