to create the scalloped circle
and some Twine accent..
Christmas Twine is Timeless Twine
Doesn't everything look better with Twine
The Queen used a cuttlebug folder
to emboss the scallop circle
Coloring the image was easy with
Copic Markers... image is raised so
that it POPs... Just like the HK should...
