Chinese New Year Blog Hop Day 1

Chinese New Year Blog Hop Day 1

Chinese New Year Hop

Chinese New Year Blog Hop January 22-23, 2012

Year of the Dragon

Ni hao and welcome to the Chinese New Year Blog Hop!
This hop is in honor of Guan, the little boy
April's family is adopting from Taiwan.
To celebrate his culture, we want to share
some Chinese-inspired projects with you!
If you arrived here from Jen's Jewel Box
then you are in the right place!  If you just joined us,
please go  back to April's Blog to see
everyone's amazing creativity!
For my project, The Queen has
created a cute card for you
This adorable Japanese Princess is from
Pixie Dust Studio
The Queen used copic markers to
create and color this bright little princess
The Queen is learning how to do hair
so this is one of my first attempts at BLACK...
Isn't she just the sweeties... The Queen
also used her royal punches to create both
the yellow and red matting
Symbol is for the Year of the Dragon...
Your next stop is Ellen of Card Monkey...

We have some great blog candy to offer from April Nourse
and PSA Essentials.  To be eligible, you must simply
comment on each blog on each day's post.
We'd love for you to become a follower of each of our blogs too.
