Inked around the edges with Tim Holtz Distress Inks Vintage Photo
Adding all the Fancy Pants Chipboard to each
of the banner bases make for a really sweet banner

I love the Banner you made, I'm sure it will bring huge smiles. This banner idea is so awesome, what better way to brighten the lives of special needs kids, I work with sp needs kids and adults and it is the most rewarding job on the planet.
